Cancellation & Booking Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- No-show: 100% charge.
- You may reschedule your booking free of charge if your check-in date is more than 15 days away, subject to availability.
- For rescheduling requests made within 15 days of the check-in date, a ₱500 fee per change/rescheduling will apply, subject to availability.
- Please note that no refunds or price adjustments will be provided if the revised booking results in a lower guestroom rate or a cheaper room category.
