Cancellation & Booking Policy
Booking Changes & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your booking free of charge if your check-in date is more than 30 days away (subject to availability).
- Rescheduling within 30 days of check-in is allowed for a fee of ₱500 per room (subject to availability).
Cancellations & Refunds
- All bookings are non-refundable. Cancelling at any time = 100% forfeiture of the amount paid.
- Cancellation within 30 days before check-in: 100% charge.
- No-show: 100% charge.
Force Majeure – Severe Weather Exception
We are a strict non-refundable guest house, but we make limited exceptions only in these official, verifiable situations:
- Typhoon Signal #3 or higher issued by PAGASA for our province on your check-in date
- Official state of calamity declared by local or national government
- Complete airport closure or all commercial flights cancelled to/from the nearest airport due to weather
- Government-imposed “no-sail” policy or ferry suspension preventing island access
In these cases only: you will receive a full accommodation credit (valid 18 months) or free rebooking to new dates (subject to availability).
Normal flight delays, personal cancellations, or minor weather do not qualify.
Senior Citizen & PWD Discount (Philippine Law)
We proudly honor the mandatory 20% discount + VAT exemption for Filipino Senior Citizens (60+) and Persons with Disability.
- Applies to direct bookings only (our website, phone, walk-in)
- Valid original Senior Citizen or PWD ID must be presented at check-in
- Discount covers one room only — the senior/PWD must stay in the room
- Cannot be combined with other promotions
Just let us know at check-in that you’ll be availing the discount, we’ll adjust the rate after seeing the valid ID.

- Port to Serenity: Tricycle – 5 min – ₱10/person or ₱30-50/trip.
Return: 5:00 AM (Mon–Sat). Total: ~3 hrs, ₱400/person.
